o Pre-Construction Treatment

Termite damage is costly and as they live within walls and furniture, many homeowners do not recognize infestations until they are fully mature. Mature colonies require constant feeding and can inflict damage every day that they are left undetected. For these reasons, it is highly advisable to engage in preconstruction termite control when building a home or other structure.
Pre-construction termite creates a chemical barrier between the building and soil beneath that prevents termites from moving up and attacking your building. Our Technical Team conducts a survey at your site to decide various factors like feasibility of treatment, mode of treatment and so on. Our technicians will then prepare your site and treat the soil with appropriate amount of chemical to form an effective barrier which is lethal and repellent to termites.
Our Pre-construction termite proofing involves treatment at three stages:
• Foundation
• Ground floor slab
• External perimeter
There are several guidelines builders can follow during pre-construction to help reduce these conditions, including:
• Limit wood-to-soil contact by supporting wood with a concrete base.
• If wood must touch soil, use pressure-treated or termite-resistant wood.
• Do not bury cellulose materials (e.g. termite food sources like wood) at the building site, including underneath front porches.
• Slope soil away from the foundation to create proper drainage.
• Provide adequate ventilation in crawlspaces to help reduce moisture build-up.
• Keep wood in crawlspaces at least 18 inches aboveground to avoid soil contact.
• Install siding at least six inches above the soil to reduce entry points.

o Post-Construction Treatment

This type of treatment involves drilling of holes and injection of liquid termiticide by our well-equipped and trained technicians, to carry out this treatment safely and systematically. The termiticide treatment creates a treated zone around the perimeter of your premises by injecting termiticide into the ground to form a barrier between the soil and building structure. The termiticide can be applied under a concrete floor or around the foundations of the building both prior to or after construction.
As termites’ workers tunnel through treated zones in search of food, they are exposed to the termiticide. The termiticide is not only ingested, but also adheres to their bodies. The affected termites then spread the active ingredient to other termites through physical contact, eventually reducing the population of the colony.
To give our customers greater assurance, we warrant the effectiveness of our termite treatment according to the packages and will carry out re-treatment should there be a re-infestation of termites within the warranty period.
